Work Experience:
Although young, MSA is well experienced in M&E, including capacity building for the M&E function. An important component of MSA's Reproductive Health Program Support Services (RHPSS) project, funded by the Packard Foundation since 2003, is M&E especially data collection for decision-making. This has placed MSA in a strategic position to design systems and tools for data collection from other grantees of Packard Foundation in Nigeria. In addition, through the project, MSA has designed and conducted evaluation of three reproductive health projects implemented by three Packard grantees namely Ipas, Centre for Development and Population Activities (CEDPA), and Planned Parenthood Federation of America-International (PPFA-I). Under our Organisation Effectiveness project, also funded by Packard Foundation, MSA has assisted another three grantees of Packard Foundation (ARFH, WHARC, and ECWA) and Planned Parenthood Federation of Nigeria to review and develop M&E plans.

Broadly since 2000, MSA has designed and facilitated strategic review and planning projects with 18 clients, supported governance and board development with five clients, assisted nine clients to review or design general and financial management systems, and designed and conducted ten training courses on leadership skills, management systems, project management, proposal development, writing skills, and reproductive health and HIV/AIDS. Our portfolio of past and current clients includes three USAID projects (ENHANSE, GHAIN, COMPASS), Partners for Development (PFD), the University of Syracuse, New York, USA, ICAP-Nigeria (Columbia University, New York, USA), the Population Council, Accra, Ghana, ECWA Evangel Hospital Family Health Program, Jos, Association for Reproductive and Family Health (ARFH), Ibadan, Planned Parenthood Federation of Nigeria (PPFN), Lagos, Women's Health Action and Research Center (WHARC), Benin City, and MacArthur and Packard Foundations.
